All exchanges and returns must be requested within 7 days of the invoice date for orders within India. For exchanges, please contact us via email at contact@kashipratikk.com or call us at +91 6390-024007. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition, undamaged, and the same product as purchased. Used, washed, or altered clothing, or worn or damaged items not caused by our error, will not be accepted for return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer an exchange or refund.
Please note that to process your return or refund, an unboxing video must be provided. This video is required to ensure that the product was opened correctly, as a part of the verification process. Make sure to record the unboxing when you receive your order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
All return requests must be made through email or mobile for both exchanges and returns.
