1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order is processed.

  • If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Refund & Return Policy

We ensure the highest quality for our Banarasi sarees. However, we accept refunds/returns under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund/Return:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

🚫 Not Eligible for Refund/Return:

  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Custom-made or made-to-order sarees
  • Slight color or weave variations (as handloom products naturally vary)

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@kashipratikk.com
  • Attach clear images of the product and order details.
  • If approved, the product must be returned in original packaging within 7 days.
  • Customers must bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking).
