Delivery & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we apologize if you are not. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us, provided the following conditions are met.


Rules

  • All exchanges and returns must be requested within 7 days of the invoice date for orders within India.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition, undamaged, and matches the product purchased.
  • Used, washed, altered clothing, or worn or damaged items (unless due to our error) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process your return or refund, an unboxing video must be provided. This is required to verify that the product was opened correctly. Please record the unboxing when you receive your order.

 

Shipping policy

All orders will be delivered by our delivery partners in 7 days.

Return & Exchange

      If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.

Refund

     If approved then Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company as processing may take some time.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing delay.
